When you register with Courtpath Inc. we collect your full name, email address, and account log-in credentials. When you fill in our online contact form or request a demo, we collect your full name, email, phone number, and any other information you provide in the form. For transactions and recurring membership options we collect your email address, billing address, payment card number, CVC code, and expiration date. Courtpath Inc. uses WordPress.org websites and Stripe payment processing to conduct business, and users should be aware of information and data that those providers gather as well.

Courtpath Inc. provides each user in your organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a user logs on. Courtpath Inc. issues a session cookie only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session cookie does not include the password of the user. Courtpath Inc. does not use cookies to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded sessions.
